Shopping Information
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Each set of press-on nails is handmade to order, so please allow 2–4 business days for us to craft your design before it ships. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over a set amount. Orders below that threshold have a small flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Since each set is custom-made, address changes are only possible before your order enters production. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it in time.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your tracking shows no movement for several days or your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, reach out to us with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Payment Information
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with popular digital wallets at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
We do not offer cash on delivery. Payment must be sent after placing your order to confirm and begin production of your custom nail set.
Will I be charged before my order ships?
Yes. Since we don't have an automated checkout system, you'll need to send payment manually after placing your order. Production begins once payment is confirmed.
Return & Exchange
What is your return policy?
Because each set of nails is handmade and custom sized, we accept returns or exchanges only for unused, unopened sets within 7 days of delivery.
How do I return an item?
Message us with your order number and reason for return, and our team will send you a return authorization along with shipping instructions.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, worn, glued, or trimmed nail sets cannot be returned. Fully custom designs made to your exact request are also final sale.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 6–12 business days.
